w/out better reads, i would prb call , ck call, check and fold.

If I know his range to be pretty wide and he's a good hand reader, you can 3 bet the flop yeti style and induce a shove.

If I think he's going to value town himself more often than go hyper-aggro on me, obviously the first line is more preferable.
