you need a waaaay better read than 'seemed like a nit' to fold this

yeah in retrospect I almost certainly should have called. I do think it's way closer than you though. For tight live players, I think reasonable ranges are something like 88+/AK/AQ/AJs (with the minraise adding a couple lowly weighted weird hands and probably removing JJ-88, AQ) and for the shover JJ+/AK, maybe TT. Against those ranges I have like 26% equity. I think it's really unlikely I have more than like 30% equity vs their ranges.

In your defense i think online i might end up dropping this a lot considering what utg min+utg1 reraise means online unless i had decent reads on the players.

UTG+2's shoving range is waaaaaay wider than is indicated in this thread. He has 7.5BBs. Even those who "seem nitty" get excited when they see Ax or 22 with less than 8BBs and an approaching big blind.

The UTG min-raise is super weird with just about any hand, but I can't imagine a realistic stack size where I'm not shoving over these bets with AK.

edit: Definitely thought, from the title, that you open-folded AK PF with 7BBs.

Hmmm maybe I don't want any of your action if you play the chapionship. I dunno live people are pretty huge nits usually but I still can't see folding this.

when i first read the post i was thinking to myself that in order to fold this you have to put them on a range that's almost impossible (w/o GREAT reads) to fold this...altho this could have been further influenced by your results posted later, that was my initial reaction

I played two Supers at the Bellagio. The players are really mixed and very confusing. Sometimes, tight players make moves at this level due to the blind pressure and short levels. 5600 with AK, at 400/800, I move-in.

By the way, the structure at Bellagio sucks, they remove the critical 150/300/25 level!

Captain Tom taught me that, that's why I folded

edit: btw, I just woke up, so I'm probably not going to be going over to the Bellagio in time
