Hide yourself from search when you play online so he can't find you? That is unless he goes through every single table...
It sounds like this guy's trying to be you [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] rather than stalking tbh, he's not following you in anything else other than poker is he; of couse it's a different story if he wanders around your house with binoculars.
