He's short. Short players 4betAI A7s because they are angry you 3bet them. OP has seen 14 hands, so the short read trumps the weak read IMO. AQ crushes his range.

Or at least get it in on the flop. We are so far ahead of shorite's (read: monkey) range, it's not even funny.
