Diablo,
I started an OOT thread about this a few weeks ago. the best idea seemed to be a 7 layer dip, and things of that nature.

I am going all out and making a BBQ Brisket, Texas style. holla.

For apps i'm doing spinach artichoke dip and bacon wrapped shrimp.

Then I'm doing baby back ribs and my homemade sweet beans.

It's just going to be my g/f and I.

Little smokies
chicken wings
nachos or cheese dip
tortilla & cream cheese rollups
brats are always good
pita chips/bread and hummus
could make crockpot roast beef and have sandwiches
jalapeno poppers

That's a damn good idea! Cha-gio ftw! Perhaps I will bring some along...

Been tasked to do the guacamole, so I'm looking for a nice guacamole recipe - these were a bunch that came up on Epicurious, and this one looks like the tastiest one.

I hope this doesn't come off as an add - but Shuck's in Vegas has the greatest seafood ceviche - from the viewpoint of something you can order a couple orders to go - take back home and have out with the rest of the goods...it RULES.

This will be the third year in a row it is my favorite food to devour during the game.
