I refuse to believe a 6 inch fish could swim up my peehole.

They can grow up to 6 inches. The vast majority are much smaller and would slip right up your pee hole and have their reverse barbs set in before you could grab at the vanishing, thrashing tail.

From now on I'll never pee directly into water, I'll aim at a 45% angle up. Somehow I feel that will keep me safe from pee swimmers.

The pics I've seen of the fish they surgically removed from the guy's wiener were pretty frightening. That is a surprisingly large fish!
