When it could impact the funding methods they will still be able to use in the future, it DOES apply to them...thus the anger.

go to your local bank, open an account and get a debit card. chances are it will work. large national banks' cards are less likely to work

this thread has to disappear. even if it helps you find a bank that works, it'll be easy for your new bank to block you afterward. it hurts everyone way more than it helps the few looking for a new bank.
