Itīs the opposite for me too. Talk to a trainer in your gym about this, training should help you relax, not put you on tilt.

My workours are designed on the goal of losing weight. I too avoid playing poker afterwards. I usually get into a groove of euphoria and semi-sleepiness (where it feels awesome to sit down).
I usually down a disgusting post workout shake to wake myself up (chocolate flavoured whey mixed with the 'white' gatorade, its gross but it does the job). |
