You don't need to worry about that...if someone else attempts to notify the moderator, you get a "moderator has already been notified" message.

I would rather see a million epass threads than how it is since the big thread takes forever to read and most of the stuff in it isn't all that relevant anyway. Plus for americans epass=internet gambling basically. In any case it beats the usual "online poker is rigged" posts.
