They gave me 10,000 Party points for a Party for Free monthly entry that I won, more than I expected. Can that be converted to cash? I guess if so not very much.

Yeah...just tried to sit down, and got the message about Party Gaming no longer accepting US transactions.

I just cashed it out without any issues.

How do you get the $1800 for your seat? I won a seat to the final, but didn't get any kind of message when I logged in...? edit: and don't have $1800 extra in my account...

You have to login to your account at their website and click "Convert Entries." I don't know why - other than they save some money since x number of people won't know and jump through the hoop?

Forward this to a Manager, and also to Mike O’Malley.

You are STEALING money from ALL the players with MONSTER freerolls.

Here is why:

Monster pool was $14,405,786

Party seeded the pool with $5 million so the players contributed $9,405,786

The 5 million should at least be prorated into the Pool, but lets forget that for now.

Lets concentrate on the $9,405,786.

To pay out less than that is thievery!

Lets see what you paid out:

1000 Grand Finals @ $1,800.72 = 1,800,720

10.000 Monthly @ $225.09 = 2,250,090

10.000Weekly @ $87.52 = 875,200

Which is 4,926,010.

I do not know the exact number of entrants, but this is ballpark correct and shows how you are STEALING almost 5 MILLION DOLLARS!

I have not counted in the Weekly Freeroll value of $12.5 and the Monthly value of $125 as that is separate value, and neither have I counted in the freeroll for the top finishers in Monthly tournaments.

I have also not counted in the million or so that should be in the pot from the $5 million Seed.

Pay out the REAL payouts, or you can be sure there are 1000Monster Grand final winners and many thousand Monthly and weekly MONSTER qualifiers that will have their say, and it will not be a pretty one for PARTY.

How do you justify this STEALING?

How much exactly did you pay out to the MONSTER entrants?

Weekly: $12.50 + $31.25 + $56.27 = $100.02

Monthly: $125+$$225.09 = $350.09

Grand Final: = $1,800.72

I am also writing them that I do not accept the payouts, and am expecting to be paid the difference in short notice.

You were smarter than I was.

I stupidly converted and requested a cashout before it occurred to me that it may be construed as a binding acceptance of the wrong value for my freerolls.

I have 1 Final, 5 Monthlies & 2 weeklies so I may have screwed myself out of a small chance at the extra $5,000+ they were really worth.

Send them a mail, I cashed out and told them I expect to be paid retroactively.
And you got a bigger gripe than me, Final entries got raped.

My best wishes to those complaining, but...99.99% chance you're not going to get another red cent, IMO.
