So didn't we decide that the winner of the coin toss in an NFL GAME would automatically receive since the coach that lost the coin toss has the choice of getting the ball at the second half- meaning basically you can't defer and get the ball in the 2h. One book I worked at had four coin toss props:

Team to win toss;
Team to receive opening kick;
Heads vs Tails;
Will the player who calls the toss call it right?

All these bets paid even money. No juice. Just our way of throwing a few crumbs to the players.

No parlays.
