Good business school to go to?

Very bad idea, unless you want to spend 2 years making friends then abandon all of them to move to a new school, and try to make new friends as a junior.

It's much better not to transfer, unless you start out at a community college or something ridiculous.

Come down to UVA. You mentioned Darden, which is actually the graduate business school here, but we do have a strong undergraduate business program in McIntire as well.
I believe McIntire was ranked as the #2 undergraduate business program, with Wharton being the first.
