Re: 3/6nl HU (250bbs). river decisions...
[ QUOTE ]
i guess i'd call, idk. but because you bought in for $240, he definitely thinks you suck. idk how that plays in. you also played the hand really bad [/ QUOTE ] you really think he played this hand bad?? i think he played it perfectly. |

Re: 3/6nl HU (250bbs). river decisions...
This is a sick spot IMO. I have no idea, if he is incapable of 2nd level thinking this is an easy fold, otherwise it becomes much much more complicated.
you are essentially repping your hand or air, and I doubt he expects you to fold the made portion, so I would fold here. But, can he think like this? |

Re: 3/6nl HU (250bbs). river decisions...
villain can EASILY show up with a flopped set IMO, in fact I think that is the majority of his range. I think the rest of his range is floats/draws that missed, and he rebluffs with, but I doubt that is anywhere near more than 15%-25% of his range

I started off with 240$ and ran it up playing pretty aggressive game [/ QUOTE ] lol. tourney donk. i actually really like the riv c/r and think its way better than betting. but one of the downsides is that it sucks when he shoves... i would really have had to be there to know... some people snap call... some people fold... helpful i know... |

Re: 3/6nl HU (250bbs). river decisions...
I really like how you played this. Every time I look at this hand though I have no idea what to do on the river. Like I've looked over this hand a dozen times and just have no [censored] clue whether to call or fold. Any timing or w/e you can give me? As played I guess I fold just because I don't give credit for an unknown to b3b with air here.

Re: 3/6nl HU (250bbs). river decisions...
Considering you ran $240 into that stack, I call and expect to see any Jack and total air a decent amount of time.

Re: 3/6nl HU (250bbs). river decisions...
[ QUOTE ]
anyone thinking PF numbers have anything to do with how people play post flop are waaay off base in HU games. Especially as this hand played out. [/ QUOTE ] We're playing almost every pot as a raised pot. I think thats pretty relevant, don't you? |
