You can't fold to the minraise. If the guy is stupid enough to make a minraise, he is stupid enough so that you can outplay him.

That's pretty terrible reasoning imo, just saying "I can outplay him so I'll call with atc ldo". Seriously, tell me kinds of flops you really like with k7o against a 3bet (even a min3bet). Also, how are you going to outplay him (that badly) if you have no idea what his range is? I mean this in the sense that against most bad opponents we win money by playing pots on our terms with better hands than they usually play. When we don't know what villain's hand range is (because it's so wide, usually), more often than not the best play, generally speaking, is to hit a decent hand and bet. Here, despite the fact that we're in position, we're playing an inflated pot with marginal cards against an interested villain with initiave. We're pretty unlikely to flop a quality hand, and we don't have the initiative to take things down with a cbet.

As I said before, if you know for sure he's doing this with like 85o and will fold if you float/raise/whatever, by all means call. But if you know nothing about the hands he min3bets with, I'm just not seeing how this is profitable.
