Do a print screen using the function key on your keyboard. Open a Paint program (MS Paint will work) and hit Ctrl V. This will paste it in there. Edit it and then go to a site like Photobucket.com to "host" it.

Then it's just a matter of linking to the image here in the thread to post it.
