[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] well brew. My next session will be at nl100...wish me luck! [/ QUOTE ] Good luck, it's not that much of a difference between 50 and 100, don't try to make it into a completely different game and you'll be fine. [/ QUOTE ] This is where I always screw up, I keep telling myself it's basically the same game just double the limits, but for some reason something clicks in my head that tells me to make different plays that I would normally make at $50 NL with the same hands/situations. [/ QUOTE ] I used to do the same things, it's funny how much more aggro you are when moving up because everyone's obviously making a play at you. |

Re: **Official** uNL Microbrew Thread - October PART DEUX
Two hands of playin on feel and feel alone. In the first hand I knew he had trips and if he had a boat to go with it then bad luck he stacking with both and trips more likely. FWIW I really I didn't expect to see AK or AQ from him as he was 3betting alot. AT was only hand I Was truly worried about. Second hand I know he got some kind of ace rag or monster on flop so I check behind (to disguise and get him to bet worse) then he bets turn and I call because I feel he might even bluff with a PP that isn't a set. River comes and I feel I'm beat but pay off anyway. So if you know my name you now see how to beat me. Just make sure I know I am beat but can't fold and I won't fold.
