I dropped out of College long time ago and ended working as in a compagny that pushed realestate morgages primarily (also banking and insurance) .... quit around Xmas time 2005 with the intention of living of poker and finishing college.

Took me a long time to get my act together, but I started writing my paper in the autumn and right now am more or less finished with it, just need it checked for spelling and grammar and write an abstract in english (the world is ooh so international these days, so you have to turn in an abstract in a foreing language together with your final paper)

So in about two months time, I will have a masters in economics.

Btw fwiw, my paper is on gambling.

Three parts.
1. Theory (why do we gamble ??)
2. Addiction (Explaining why rational agents get addicted to gambling)
and
3. How to construct gambling games (in particular Lotto) in order to raise the highest reveneu.

Lolz ... not quite, but it contains a grain of truth ... planning on starting a family, not good on a variance ridden pokerincome.

Well ez ass ... errr .. but no doubt that it is the only one that I ever had a chance of finishing.

I intend to get a real job and live of it. I also intend to give poker that real shot I couldn't ever do while living of it as I had to protect my roll and in the process earn at least 1800$ each month.

I have no idea if I can beat anything above 200NL, but been doing ok at SSNL, so I experiment like crazy recently ... also got me some coaching. We will see .. if nothing else, 100NL and 200NL can provide some nice pocketchange to supplement my earn.

So with that attitude, here is my april so far for those who are interested.

Is it relatively cheap to live there with regard to the rest of the EU?

Well compared to the major cities Copenhagen might be cheap, but in general I doubt that Denmark is in the cheaper end of the EU.

There really imo isn't much attractive about Denmark ... flat, not much good weather and no ... well, If you are looking for a new country to live in, it wouldn't be topping my list of recomendations.

Social system and liberty of mind is what is nice here tho
