Namely, Ken Rosenthal and Craig Sager.

It's probably because Sabathia has proven himself over the past several years. He already has more than 100 wins in his career.

This is the first year Carmona has done anything. He was 2-10 last season.

Also, as good as Carmona was this year, he will probably still finish behind Sabathia in the Cy Young voting.

well boys, it's 3-1 indians. i have a feeling the indians are going to lose the next 3. don't like the beckett/sabathia matchup. carmona in boston -- anything could happen, i expect a loss. then i expect westbrook to get shelled in game 7

I just emailed my friend something similar. I said I think we take the next two, but then game 7 i'll just [censored] my pants constantly because I have no faith in Dice K at this point.
