My party account got frozen, and it says I have to contact customer support to clear some security issues. They give me no explanation and I haven't done anything wrong. Any of you experienced something like this?

That happened 2 days ago, I've been sending emails to their support, but they still don't respond. When I call them, all I get is a recorded message. What do I have to do? I have part of my bankroll currently over there.
