JJ_Raise seriously has it in for me. I feel like he follows me around constantly trying to outplay me, it's kind of funny.

The close to full coverage claim is for after October 21st, before that I was also doing 16 tables. I check every now and then to see how many tables I'm importing. It's usually around 60, depending the time of the day. PT imports about 600 hands/6 mins. I have no way of checking how good the coverage is by any other means. If someone with a decent number of hands volunteers, I can tell the number of hands I have on him to check the coverage. [ QUOTE ]
I have a difficult time believing that 1.7m hands over almost a month is close to 100% coverage; I'd have to check how many hands I get at 2/4 per month when I get home to compare, but IIRC I get around 800k just doing 16 tables and that's not even 50% coverage at a limit that has a lot less tables running than 1/2.

Ok, I'm willing to lay you $50. You'll have to send first though because I haven't a clue who you are.

What's a good way to send the file? I have skype which has a good filetransfer.

I was thinking about the logistics. I am thinking of sending the backup of the database. This is in Postgresql format. Restoring this is definitely faster than importing all the hand histories. I can export the hand histories also if that's preferred. I doubt an access database will be suitable for a db of this size. I'll test restoring the backup this afternoon on another pc to verify it works.

I can host the file somewhere for download or I can send via aim or skype etc. I'll return once I verify the postgresql db is easy to restore.

$50 sounds reasonable to me, so for now I'm setting the price as this. I'll also send first.

Attention DayCareInfo:
I think you can work on your table selection a little. You always seem to be at the good tables but in bad positions (seldomely having position on the donks, having semiagressive regs with position on you).
Maybe it's sample size though.

I've been datamining FTP 1/2 tables since October 12. Since October 21st to present my db has close to 100% coverage. Since I'm not making a good use of my database, I thought maybe I can make better use of it. Would anyone be interested in buying? Right now it has 9.2M hands, 800-900k /day since october 21st. I'm not stopping datamining any time soon btw, but might need to start a new db as this one might get slow in near future.

Please let me know if this is against forum rules and I'll delete this post.

this is [censored]. there aren't enough 1/2 tables running for you to mine ALMOST A MILLION HANDS PER DAY.

yeah, that happens to me a lot, mostly because i come in via waiting list 95% of the time as opposed to grabbing open seats. as long as there's bad players on the table somewhere, i'm pretty happy. i don't really care much about having agro regs behind me, as long as they're not squeezing fish out of pots fp. that's about the only thing that really pisses me off. basically, i just try to wait for decent tables, and if they start to suck, i move. a lot of times when i sit down, i'll think its going to suck, but it actually turns out to be pretty good, or the other way around. its so hard to tell, because a lot of times regs bleed money like you wouldn't expect, and a lot of times fish are a lot harder to crack than you would expect.

Hey there! A new user of 2p2 introduces himself. I like taking walks on the park, collecting stamps and winning big pots from the fish (and then losing the winnings to regulars).

Here's my story: I started playing at FTP a few months ago, more or less regularly, started with sng's and a little cash games, then realized how silly sng's are with their huge variance and luck factor, switched to cash games only, grinded my way up to NL 100 (I got the roll for NL 200 but not the balls or experience) and now found this topic.

Here's my question: I'm curious if any of you have stats on me and would care to share? My screenname on FTP is PokeriReima. I don't have PokerTracker yet, because I'm waiting for the new version with PAhud to be released, so stats like VPIP, pfr and such would also be very appriciated. Also comments or notes or anything would be cool. I can take critique.

Thx and see you at the tables (or actually rather not!). I know I'm still a semi-fish but I'm trying my best to improve.
