i dont understand this at all. why would ANYONE associated with AOL ever need to see a customers password much less a scumbag like sdp? i can understand if aol admin had the ability to login to email accounts with NO use of a password or a master password or something like that but actually being able to SEE the user password is beyond ridiculous.
