your errors were:
you tried to open with a [censored] ass line that wasn't funny you mentioned hanging out with her but didn't ask her out you don't even remember what she said about possibly hanging out with you and her friend next time, just say "Hi, this is douchebag, how ya doing? Ok sweet. Listen, I've been meaning to ask you... would you go out with me?"

Well if she likes me, I think she won't mind the line since I've been using similar ones all year.
Plus I didn't want to ask her out, I just wanted to ask her to do something. I'm pretty sure she worded the friday thing to indicate that I could come along or something. Do you think she could be serious about doing something with her friend friday (i used to know her pretty well too), or no? Like I said before, why would she even mention friday if she wanted to be done with me? She had the perfect excuse for the weekend and could have just said that the games were friday/sat rather than sat/sun and just be done with the excuse without leaving any room for me to fit in somewhere?
