In a 4 run game? Anyone. I'd also prefer he didn't pointlessly warm Geary when Myers was stupidly coming in anyway.

If you try to use a 2 man bullpen, you'll just end up with 2 extra guys on the DL.

I don't mind Myers coming in tonight. It's a good spot to test if he can go three nights in a row (test passed).

But Hoya is right, why warm up Geary? I was wondering that too.

What if we actually need Myers tomorrow?

I'm also a little worried about Hamels - 3 straight starts over 110 pitches, and 107 before that. But then again, we only have 4 totally unused guys in the bullpen.

Oh well. I think it's important to give Myers these tests, and a four run lead is a good time to test him in case he fails.

That's a solid point, although Hamels is the type of pitcher who should be able to throw lots of innings because he throws so few breaking balls.
