Little things that annoy you in sports

Post-game, half-time, pre-game interviews of players and coaches. If I had a dollar for every time someone said something interesting, I would have zero dollars.

I don't think there's anything wrong with 'TD-saving tackle'.
The implication is that the guy who does this was their last chance to save him. If he hadn't tackled him it would have been a score.

Obviously this isn't true on a 1 yard run up the middle. The first guy who tackled him did NOT save a touchdown, because there was another right there with him to make the tackle if he had missed.

Why do fans of every single team throw opposing HR balls back onto the field? First, copying another team's tradition is lame. Second, I hate when they make kids give away what would be an awesome souvenir. I pray that one day I catch a J.D. Drew or Scott Rolen (or any other player who is hated in Philly) HR ball at Citizens Bank Park so I can screw with my fellow Phillies fans by fake throwing it back and pocketing it.

Basketball games going quicker than any other professional sport for the first 97%, until which if the game is within 5 points, the remaining 3% takes the same amount of tmie as the first 97%.

You seem to be out to get JT, eh? And not even being a Jays fan, just how often are you forced to suffer while watching him?

baseball: batters stepping out of the batters box inbetween pitches for longer than 2 seconds.
pitchers taking longer than 6 seconds to deliver the next pitch.
the drop third strike.
not attempting to breakup double plays.
not hustling to first
basketball: high fives at free throws.
TV timeouts.
lack of traveling calls.
after a dunk the player grabs his jersey and moves it to the side to show his chest and pounds on it.
hockey: need a camera closer to the ice and above it, like those cameras they have on monday night football thats like moves back and forth and is close to the field.
need a bigger ice rink
football: commercial breaks all the damn time.
protecting the quarterback calls
lack of high hits
TO/Brady/Manning/Porter/R. Lewis/the Bengals/the commentary
