I find it very odd that the Bellagiao dosen't care that an employee is blogging about their customers.

I know this dealer that used to post here about happenings in his poker room and one or more of his customers (should read [censored]) got creative with cutting and pasting his posts and then took the edited version to his boss.

that is why we don't out where dealers work. If they want to say, that is fine but I just can't imagine a dealer blogging about their customers. WTF do I know, I'm just a damn Hillybilly and don't understand most of what goes on in the world outside.
