Well played sir. this is a move I have to learn. Ya know the one where you just flat-call a 4bet w/ 99. then you miraculously flop a set, while simultaneously avoiding your opponent improving in the next two cards, to a higher set, flush or backdoor straight. Maybe one day, I too can be this good!

I see way worse hands than that on a daily basis against me. There it's a blind battle, you could be 4betting light, I don't think him calling the 4bet is terrible, although I always raise/fold there. I just don't see why people post those kinds of hands.

For no other reason that b/c it pissed me off. I really don't see how anyone could expect to play 99 profitably in a 4-bet pot postflop... but what do I know. Sorry if I broke the almighty 2+2 commandments by posting this - thought the general thread was for this kind of bs.

havent posted here in a while, in case anyone was thinking that i had gone on a heater and hence no more rant-posts (or that i had topped myself after a 4 buyin downswing in 1 hour), neither has happened, i just haven't been playing due to other stuff taking up my time.

im off for a few days on holiday, so make the most of the juicy tables till i come back and 150-table across all networks and make the games unplayable.
