What is the current significance of your point about ScottHoward's second account?
We are trying to kill a wolf. If we accidentally kill half of ScottHoward and enable the other half to self-confirm, well, hey, that ain't so bad either. If Scott has logged in anytime in about the last 3 days he'll be prepared to do that from either account if necessary, when the time comes.

John - my point is that lynching ScottHoward's second account is not terrible, but it's not good
obviously avoiding that is fine since I suspect omgwtf of being scotthoward, I would like to avoid lynching him
