It normally takes a few seconds to load which is when you see the black screen and stuff... I normally choose the p2p viewing option. Sounds stupid but if the person you trying to view has 2 screens are you sure you viewing the correct one?

I've been messing around when bored at playing LAGgy at 50nl and 100nl on a diff site than I usually play at, running anywhere from 44/35 to 28/20. I actually find that after awhile I get bored with doing it cause the novelty wears off, and it's like I'm forcing myself to raise 98o in the CO cause ZOMG GOTTA KEEP THAT LAG IMAGE even though I feel like it's kinda dumb.
