It normally takes a few seconds to load which is when you see the black screen and stuff... I normally choose the p2p viewing option. Sounds stupid but if the person you trying to view has 2 screens are you sure you viewing the correct one?

Try Skype and Remote Call. Google RemoteCall for Skype. Both users have to have it installed/running but from my experiences it works very well. GL.
