not betting the flop to induce. might be bad cus of the draws.

we're deep so i didn't want to get into a bet/fold spot cus the tables been pretty laggy post flop.

In a 3-bet pot with intiative, and a made hand, and wet board I like a flop bet.

Villain shouldnt have too much reason to think we are FOS here. Also villain has commit such a large portion of his stack to c/r here.

I could be wrong, being that I bomb a lot of flops. Just my .02

ya but we want him to think we are FOS if we bet, the fact that he wont think that is why he checked.

by 3betting pf, you lost any chance of controlling the pot size, so i would just bet/3bet this flop.

whut? did you notice that effective stacks are 190bbs? FWIW i think the flop check is std for pot control/to induce bluffs or light v-bets w/o an incredibly specific read that would make stacking off for 2 buyins here good.

i'm sure you're right, but i don't understand why we are 3 betting pf, then turning into a calling station when we hit the flop as well as we can expect. if we just call pf, checking the flop would make more sense to me.

well i dont personally like the 3-bet this deep, but i dont see why our preflop action means we have to do one thing or the other on the flop. Like come up with a range of hands that someone will call a bet/3-bet with after they c/r the flop, then come up with a range of hands they will bet 2 streets with after we check flop. Im pretty sure if the ranges are reasonable you'll see that our equity in a 400bb pot vs. the range of hands for them to c/r and call a 3-bet is actually less $ than our equity in a 200bb pot vs the second range.
