I really hope Kendall's hand swells up to the size of a grapefruit after that HBP. PCL MVP in the clubhouse. Come on, Lou, do the right thing!

1 run against Woody [censored] Williams. Meh.

Anybody hear the Milt Pappas interview in the 7th?
Holy crap does he sound bitter.

Celebrating the anniversary of his no-hitter 35 yrs ago and all he does is whine that Froemming didn't give him a strike call when he was 1 out away from a perfect game.
They showed a reply of the supposedly controversial ball/strike and it looked about 18 inches outside.

He threw a no-no and they're celebrating it and he's there 35 yrs later bitching about the ball 4 call. And it was so far outside that no self-respecting ump would call that a strike just because a perfecto was on the line.

I caught the interview and thought he was just joking around. I wasnt giving the game my full attention as I was multi-tasking so maybe I didnt catch the true nature of his tone.

Why was Qualls pitching to D Lee?

Looks like Cooper wants to keep that interim name intact

The Astros are trying to give the cubs the central. It's a conspiracy... kind of like how the referees favor the PAC-10 whenever they play Big Ten teams.

If you don't think the Pac10 gets the benefit out west, you're retarded

just like you would be to not bring in Lidge at that point

Am I going to need tickets back to the States for October?
Cause I can't miss a Cubs WS. Not if it goes down in my lifetime.

In addition to a Jason Kendall injury, I'd also like to request one for Monroe and all the other [censored] outfielders ahead of Murton for the starting job in right. TY.

He was kind of joking I guess because it was so long ago but he sounded mostly pretty damn bitter.
