Yeah, accepting Neteller is key. I don't know about you guys, but out of Neteller, I think, "Pfff, 2 BB = nothing," but out of my checking account, it's, "Hey, I could get a few meals for that!"

If they charged a reasonable shipping rate to the UK I would too, but I'm not paying over double what I can get the same book for from amazon.co.uk!

Remember though, that amazon.com will probably be offering a 30% discount, whereas amazon.co.uk will only be offering a 10% discount. This generally covers any differential in the US to UK postage, and has the advantage of not having to wait until amazon.co.uk gets copies in stock.

In the US both books, with standard shipping is $53, more than worth every penny.

SSHE cost me $30 at B&N and has made me thousands.

Also if you are really that worried between $53 vs $48 vs $60, etc. then NL poker is not for you.

Does the book have a chapter about pre-flop and/or river bluffing frequencies?

These are my major books of study now and in the very near future.
This should be an excellent aid for all you aspiring NL players.
Please be aware that all books are spiral bound for ease of study.
Theory Of Poker
Theory Of NL Holdem
HOH 1-11-111
Tournament Poker For Advanced Players.
My one other book I anticipate greatly is Bob Ciaffones NL book.

Default NLH Theory and Practice vs. Small Stakes NLH

Ed -

Since you will be involved in both of these books, I'm wondering if there is a suggested reading order for the two - and is there a lot of overlap in content? Similar to the comparison/contrast of SSHE and HEFAP?
