Everyone was under the impression that there was some live tells or action non flop, turn related that gave away his hand...or at least thats what I thought. I thought that was the "key."

Yes, I want this answered because ZJ made them out to be Einstein's for their ridiculous head in the clouds logic.

They were the only ones (all but 2 posters in this thread included) that were able to deduce, not that the angle shot made sense (that's easy), but that the accident did not make sense.

What do you gain by mucking face up?

Respect. Live players generally play tighter against me once they gain respect for me.

There are really no hands that make sense with this line. If he had a suited connector, or some other unlikely bluff preflop, this is the PERFECT flop to bet. He HAS to bluff at this flop if he misses, and is certainly not dumb enough to make that huge raise preflop and not c-bet on this flop.

with all of your live tournament experience I don't know how you can give this guy this much credit. Your conclusion (in how you should play the hand) is fine but using this to reach it is pretty optimistic imo. i don't agree that this evidence concludes that he was angling.

Justin,
A few people (mastr and chewy, and probably more) already said that explicitly. Every other competent player left it out of their posts because it's really obvious that AA/KK/TT are a big part of his range.

The reason people didn't all jump on fold is because

1) AK is def in his range.
2) We have a set and folding sets sucks.
3) Everyone thought there was something interesting that they were missing.

[/ QUOTE ]

Again you are missing the picture. It's not about what is in his range. It's about what isn't.

[/ QUOTE ]

WTF? When everyone says his range is like AK/AA/KK/TT they don't mean that those are the hands that are in his range and maybe 27o is in there too, they mean those are the only hands that are in his range.

This thread is so ridic dumb.

Or they think you are a humongous nit and they can start bluffing you more easily...

i say
look inside for a hand
where something happens, unplanned!
a fake, a reversal of tell?
I ask you to solve this spell.
To flop a set and wait to bet
Or a strange line while way behind?
To solve the mystery of armanian bettor
You must look close and be very clever
For I have told you all that I will
Prove to hsnl that we mtt'ers DO have skill!
The clock is ticking I have begun to count,
just please no mentioning of tico or multiaccount

Zeejustin - ah ah!
