I talked to Timex a fair bit about this tournament and told him it likely wouldn't be great value. Basically it was expecting to be 20-30 guys, about 20% very very good players, 60% non fish with decent games but not great, and 20% fishy but not clueless. It was a pretty pointless tournament to put me in.

I'm sure Timex realizes i'm nowhere near the best player he's backed. But he can also prolly tell the lengths i go to improve my game and work off the make up.

It seems to me if you want a good reputation in the poker/getting backed industry, working towards those things is a good idea.
