I am so [censored] sick of tournaments at the moment. I can't [censored] win any more.

From the stuper just outside the money. This guy was running 40/24 over 103 hands. I had just been waiting for something decent to repop him with.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t800 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Final Pot: t4360

Results below:

No showdown. Hero wins t4360.

So the very next hand I get AK. As expected he raises. I decided just to shove again knowing he calls with A,10 A,J etc. because he thinks I'm full of [censored].

If by some miracle my hand had held, I've got a top 10 stack on the bubble. This same kind of crap has been happening to me for the last 2 months and I've [censored] had enough. I might stick with cash games for a while.

Oh and also -- [censored] tournaments.

man, I decided to add the nightly $150s into my schedule, as well as the 22r and man, these tournaments arent really that much harder than the $20 FOs. for real. It's intimidating seeing people I used to look up as I was learning (and still am) but most of the time its just a normal TAG. I'm not sure about the swings though, I don't like the idea of losing like $800 in a night, but I suppose I'll get used to it. I ran pretty bad today, some decent cashes but lost some my AK to like AQ in a couple key spots and lost a couple key flips, but that's like every tourney really. also this made me feel really good from Aspoker8 cause I can remember me and him grinding out the $10/180s with him

Ad88am88 (11:54:44 PM): your stars db is retarded awesome
Ad88am88 (11:55:14 PM): your stars roi is 93.6%
Ad88am88 (11:55:15 PM): thats sick
Ad88am88 (11:55:36 PM): Est buyins: 13.7k
Est profit: 20.8k
Ad88am88 (11:55:39 PM): thats like amazing

yeah i know brag, but i can't help myself. that's with like a avg buyin of like $15 haha. i was grinding $4/180s a few months back, just takes some study and practice, and you can make some decent bank off this game. anyone can do it, i'm nothing special really. I just hope i'll be able to have success at higher buyins, since thats what really matters. I should start a blog or sumthang, instead of my random babbling at 3 am. werd.

I have the same problem as you, except it's the opposite way. My ROI on FTP is 90% and on Stars it's 14%. Feels like the only thing I'm doing is transferring money from FTP to Stars via Neteller when my Stars account goes busto approx once a month. It has to even out at some point...
