I think it has to do with how much effort is put into the cleansing process rather than if you use a loofah or not. I'm sure there are idiots who think a swipe of soap cleans your whole body and those who think quickly running a loofah across your chest does the same.

loofah and old spice bodywash is exactly what I have and use [/ QUOTE ] QFT I used to just use hands, then I used a wash cloth and now I've settled on the loofah. I will never go back.
