last tuesday night, july 9 (day 2A), i walk out of the Rio on the break and sit at the taxi stand. i look over at the bench to my left and i see what looks like Brandi. within a minute a old man walks up to her and talks to her for about 10 minutes or so. all i hear is her talking about severely swollen glands in her throat and how she is deathly ill.
a few minutes later antonio esfandiari walks out with a few people and sits on the bench to my right. following him is some incredibly obnoxious New York type arab/italian/gangstajew (not really sure). he talks a bit about cocaine. i remember seeing this guy a couple hours before smoking in the nonsmoking area. when told to put out the cigarette he nearly punched the guy telling him. so this thug guy is talking to antonio and then at some point he tells antonio to suck his [censored]. antonio responds, "whip it out and i'll suck it." the thug walks over to antonio, antonio bends down and simulates oral sex on the guy. now i'm thinking to myself, "what the hell just happened here?" is antonio revealing himself or is this gangsta guy so intimidating that antonio didn't know what else to do. anyway, this tough talking arab/gangstajew is the type of guy in the poker world i can't stand. a muscle bound cocaine snorting mafia type who likes scaring the [censored] out of people.
