I have been using this for about one year....(airsoft m16)

It will range at least 15-20 yeards and is full auto. I have yet to injure a cat (that fur is pretty thick). I don't even have to shoot now, I just open the door and they know what is coming. The problem is that they still keep coming if they don't think I am there.

In the summer, if this crapping is still going on, my backyard is going to smell like I live next door to an Entenmann's bakery that specializes in making cat poop pies.

wtf? how do you know you have yet to injure a cat?
and it sounds like it's not even an effective deterrent.

lol, you realize that these shoot that plastic over-sized bb's right?

...and at that distance, once they get there, they are moving relatively slow...right?

you think one will get stuck in the cats nose and suffocate it?

I agree though, highly ineffective. i like the painball idea better.

also, if he can get paintballs filled with plant food...well...it's all about gardening while watching the game from the living room.

Just saw this article, and thought it'd be appropriate for this thread.
