Edit: maybe you are not from a city at all where you beggars,conmen,hustlers and etc?
Maybe people are genuine there?
But i'm a big city kid and you have to be cynical.
Because i have seen to much [censored] that people do when they need money. Especially if they happen to be addicted to something like gambling.
