there's no need to feel bad for me. it happens. laugh about it and move on.

I started to feel bad for my full-fledged participation in the pile-on of this thread.
Even though he should/could have behaved better throughout there were definitely bruised feelings in there.

And I do have first-hand knowledge of being a member of sports-media who gets to read a lengthy thread about how much you suck so I guess I just felt like sharing.


I haven't been in radio for a few years.

I play poker full-time now.

I agree that (American) football is the most similar to chess. A few reasons are:

(1) Discrete moves
(2) Different positions have different roles, restrictions, or types of skills
(3) Tactically positioning the pieces/players is very important

Offensive linemen = pawns...casual fans don't much care, but they're crucial to success at the highest level. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
