Re: *Official* Superuser T-Shirt Thread
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] um, nobody's going to get sued over some custom made t-shirts. [/ QUOTE ] i was mainly addressing the possbility of some reference to mark seif appearing on the t-shirt, li·bel n. 1. a. A false publication, as in writing, print, signs, or pictures, that damages a person's reputation. b. The act of presenting such material to the public. [/ QUOTE ] I would argue that Seif is a public figure and therefore would have to prove actual malice. |

[/ QUOTE ] He would likely qualify as a limited public figure for the purposes of this claim. Since he has built a name for himself within a limited area of interest (poker) and the alleged defamation relates to that interest (poker), IMHO. Now lets get this thread back on track, I vote for the black superusers shirts with the Potripper 363 on the back. |

Re: *Official* Superuser T-Shirt Thread
just print any of those black shirts. People will wear them whichever you choose. I'll take one of whichever.
My personal fave is the "absolute superusers" one including the diamond logo. |
