I was issued a Paytru account back in May, but had the problem that they "reached its capacity for the issuance and production of new cards".

I was curious if anyone has been able to use the card number and CVV number to make a purchase at any other online merchants. Their website says this is possible, but when I tried, it said the CVV # wasn't valid. Is that only because I haven't received the physical card (and likely never will)?

yes. You only get the real cvv number when you get the physical card. I am in the same boat as you.

Hi, I don't have the physical card and stuck 3000 in my paytru account. Anybody knows which is the fast way to get cash? I tried western union and moneygram on line. It seems they are very expensive! almost6-8% fees!

Hi, tried to use my paytru balance to buy an online money order. Westernunion, moneygram did not accept that "000" CVV number. Anybody has such experience before? any website recommended?

Already withdraw $2000 back to my PS account. need the rest 1000 bucks fast

I believe you have to change that CVV number. check the info sheet that came with the card and update it on their site.

I am one of the unlucky guys, who don't have the physical card

I guess my question is: is there any websites that don't need CVV number or accept "000"

Outside of pokerstars, no. Your account is almost worthless. You should be able to deposit on your card, then transfer your money to stars. Then you'll have to withdrawl by check from stars. (make sure you play some first of course). No other buisness will take the card without the correct CVV number.
