I downloaded Google Earth and started playing around with it. I can actually see the Mazda I bought for my Mom parked in front of her house. Time to check out my old neighborhood. |

I use an old laptop sony vaio CX1D with a broken battery hooked up to a onld 150W Denon Amp (no remotes), set at ~ 80% volume as a last resort - that bitch WILL wake me up! or at least annoy neighbors enough to hammer my door until I wake up lol, but thankfully that hasn't happened for a few years [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] I also have my phone set to alarm 30mins earlier, followed by a standard clock/radio 15 after that which usually does the trick (I have it on my pillow when I sleep, often it is on the floor when I finally rise) Usually these days I am up and about before the laptop+amp fires up, so it just gets switched off before it blasts - forces me to walg across the room to do so, which is invaluable. lol nightowl / lazy bastard / vampires [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] |
