Just sent my application into 3-bet.net. Who is a good coach to take me from mediocre 3ptbb/100 at 50nl to one of the better players at 50nl/100nl. PM's appreciated

I think all their coaches are like $100 an hour at least, just FWIW.

kil - yah there's no getting around the fact that 20 on 15 is weird (and in fact criminal) here in the states. If you're a senior in HS, you can date 10th grade, mayybe 9th if she's cream of the crop (but it's still dicey). If you're a freshman or soph in college, you can dip to 12th grade in HS, mayybe 11th grade. Once you're past that, you can't hit HS girls ever again ever and have it be socially acceptable. What a shame.

I find that strange culturally actually.

Last night I was at a bar with a bunch of my friends. I was talking to my friend and this japanese girl, he asked me why I stopped talking to a group of older japanese girls and I said they were too old for me.
He jokingly said to the Japanese girl "yeah he likes them around 11-13"
I said "wow, don't even joke about that"
She said "why? that's normal. there's a 12 year age difference between me and my boyfriend"

And yeah 4_2, I'd love to come to vegas. Too bad I'm not old enough...

Why don't all you 2+2er's come down to Japan, no age restriction on any bars and I'll show you around.

I've been considering getting into coaching for micro players and charging something much more affordable than the rest of the coaches out there. I think I'd be good at it b/c I'm sick of playing and probably not qualified to coach MSNL but would definitely be able to help out some micro dudes. meh, just a thought, not sure if I'll do it.
