[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] seriously doubt kielty is a 800 OPS hitter vs lhp. theres a lot of variance in splits. he should be better than pena though [/ QUOTE ] from '01 through '06 he was over .800 every year(by a good amount), last year he was at .965 [/ QUOTE ] thats like one seasons worth of ABs [/ QUOTE ] over 700, but i get the point, and understand what you're saying. either way, i'd rather have luckbox kielty w/ a horseshoe in his ass consistently than any other options at this point [/ QUOTE ] What's with all the hate/doubt for Kielty? He once was a top prospect who mashed in the minors, but never showed enough in the majors to be a regular. He still has plus power and patience, and I have little doubt that he is a plus against lefties. |

Does anybody have a strength of schedule for the Sox and Yankees for the remainder of the season?
It's getting close. |

Re: *official 2007 red sox thread*
Right now I think I am starting to feel what boston fans feel when they get to laugh at yankee fans freaking out at arod and booing him and making him their pariah. This hasnt gotten to that big a scale yet but damn it feels good.

Re: *official 2007 red sox thread*
quick stuff:
NY 20 home games NYY 27 road games BOS 25 road games BOS has 23 home games NYY faces only one team 'better' than them and thats the red sox. the red sox obviously don't face a team 'better' than they are. |
