heh Chomp I feel for you , but as Gelf says ur be back soon after some PT/analysis.

I had a horrendous rostucko session with some mouse slamming tilt from donks outdrawing me -and is something I never used to do and need to fix. I also played badly in spots that
amounted to ~ 80$ of unnnecesary loss and some tricky 3bet pot hands coming soon.

Mr Wooster - long time ago in NL10 days there were some players -may be it was a 2p2 game - I know 1 of them plays NL200 with about 3k between them - I actually got to play despite the long waiting list and it was very aggro -from mainly 2 players - and that was when the reload trick worked.

Here's my problem w/ playing $100... lack of motivation to play as much. I just stacked someone 15 hands into my session, now I don't really feel like playing anymore. $100 for 5 minutes work? Sounds good to me.

Wherest this aba video link?

Just read the Matt Flynn excerpt from the new book - hmm Harry Potter and Professional NL SHIP IT!

Looks good - I like the ideas about planing your hands but think a raise flop with a 2pair hand to facialtate AI by the river or an example of betting the turn and flop correctly to allow AI by the river w/o overbetting would have been more obvious/clearer than a change in preflop raise amount. BTW I'm really looking forward to the book just in case anyone thinks I'm whining

The risk/reward bit- I've been thinking about this recently -nothing earth shattering just a conceptual change of point of view - that lets me fold in alot crappy marginal spots and push my decent 60/40 edges more and get AI more. All the rest tricky/3betting/floaty/bluffy stuff is just noise.

1. Hands like small PPs/Scs preflop risk 4bbb to win potentially 100b+ stack, vs shorter stacks what size is the cutoff for SCs IP?

2. Hands like AJ Qjx 2tone drawy flop OOP have big risk but small pot reward -RIO yo.

3. In a 3bet pot with QQ OOP on Jxxr flop vs std TAG [TT=, AQ]with a PSB left is tricky -kind of an in between example.

4. EV calcs implicilty have a risk and a reward term esp simple 2 term ones.

Just some ramblings from the pop in pop out munkey

Edit: if I find the link I'll requote it for others.

I'm thinking of adding VPIPSB to my HUD as an indicator of general ability... good idea or no?

Don't know but I suspect it might converge faster than vpip for donkeys and loose SB villans so u can pick up on the xloooseys quicker.

IDK what do u think?

check out procrast post in microstakes, it is very worthwhile best set up of all important links ive ever seen...

You need to play 15 more hands so you can lose the 100 back and get motivation now that your kind of stuck 100... aka back to even.
