Friday evening/night, Saturday evening/night
Saturday afternoon, Sunday afternoon to night
Thursday night, Wednesday night
Tuesday night, Monday night
Thursday afternoon, Wednesday afternoon
Monday afternoon, Tuesday afternoon
.
.
.
Saturday/Sunday morning
Weekday mornings

Note: I usually only play until about midnight EST but the times I've played late the conditions seem to stay about the same until around 2am. You do seem to loose a lot of players/tables right around midnight EST 'cuz apparently I'm not the only one calling it quits.

Can anyone from Europe tell me what are the best times to play on pokerstars; I am +1:00. I mean if it is the afternoon here it is morning EST thus a bad time to play??

I tilted away a few buy-ins myself. I've been running horribly in MTT's the last few weeks and last night was more of the same. So when I busted my last tourney I tilted away more money at cash games. Your welcome whoever was at my tables.

I realized today how much random life BS diminishes your ability to control tilt.

Moral of the story? Try to keep your life BS to a minimum and your winrate will be happy.
