I'd have the sense to not to it, however it wasn't raining (or even drizzling) for the first 30 minutes of my run. At the point where it started, it was either run the 30 minutes back home, or try to find cover (which was very sparse) and wait who knows how long.

P.S. Running in the cold doesn't bother me.. I'm from Wisconsin.. if you can't run in the cold, you can't run for 3/4's of the year. It's the rain + cold that nearly killed me.

43 degrees and raining? Where are you running? Some tropical equatorial rainforest?

Edit: Stupid americans and stupid fahrenheit. I guess 43 degrees fahrenheit and raining would be pretty cold. 43 degrees celsius and raining would probably be quite good. There's a good line in Good Morning Vietnam about this...

Believe me, I hate the "Standard" system just as much as the rest of the world. Metric would be so much easier, and I could forget the stupid (9/5 * C) +32 = F formula.
