26yo 5'11" 136lbs. I'm skinny.
don't know what i bench but i can do plenty pushups although i am not big at all. if not for health reasons/joint hyper-mobility/myalgia my exercise would be more then walking but every time i hit the cable machines or free weights i end up in docs office getting inflammatory meds and told to walk, bike, swim and nothing else. after a year of trying i quit and listen to doc now. sucks big time. i always wanted to get decently muscle toned was just too scared to do it till it was too late. Edit: i wonder if i am the skinniest dude here. i once weighed just 115. |
