Portis and Gibbs do not go together. He's never been the right fit there (granted injuries last year did not help). Betts is more of a between-the-tackles runner.

I also don't like the Redskins' front seven on defense, although they should be a little better than 06.

BTW I'm a Redskins fan. I am always pessimistic about my teams. Especially Maryland football/basketball.

I'd seen way too many QBs who "could break out" and never did. It's all speculation. I have to see it in action. I mean, I hope he does, and he has promise, but it's unfulfilled.
Cooley's good. Betts is good. Portis when healthy is better than average. Moss is good. I think the Skins are soft on both lines and slow at LB, although Landry/Taylor offsets that some at safety. Campbell is a big question mark.
